Richard has worked in property sales since he was 18.
In recent years Richard has moved back into residential investment property brokering which is where most of his experience, knowledge and industry reputation lies.
With a work history in residential sales, owning a small family estate agent, providing estate agency and ‘sourcing’ training nationwide and working with hundreds of vendors, landlords and property investors, Richard has amassed a vast array of skills to allow The Property Advantage to grow and flourish in a tough market.
Day-to-day, Richard is at the front end of the business valuing and assessing new stock and preparing the properties for our qualified investors – in fact, most of our properties come from Richard’s network of trusted landlords and vendors who have either used us before to sell or have had a recommendation from a peer.
You’ll often find Richard (and his big ginger beard) talking all things property on his popular Facebook page.
With a background in property development and portfolio building, Jess has a real passion for property investment.
She is experienced in evaluating deals and prides herself on her ability to place specific investment opportunities with investors to suit their requirements.
Jessica also describes herself as a people person – she takes the time to understand the needs of her buyers and sellers and has built an extremely strong foundation of trusted clients who see her as the first point of contact when they have a sales or acquisition need.
Jessica is also a keen CrossFitter and Hockey Player…. when she’s not looking after her growing list of pets!
Richard is our Land Acquisitions professional.
An active property developer, Richard has a number of projects ongoing at any one time, with an experience base founded in Project Management.
Having developed the system to source off-market land development sites, Richard is extremely proficient in finding opportunities for a variety of different exit strategies.
Care Sector Acquisitions
Samantha has several years experience working in Care Sector, including experience working for Victim Support and YMCA. Her experience and understanding of the industry from the care point of view aligns perfectly with The Property Advantage’s growing activity in this sector.
Samantha’s daily roles include building relationships with charities, care providers and housing associations across the country and assisting them in their property requirements – either to sell properties directly into their portfolios, or to find suitable properties that they can occupy as tenants.
Our landlords and property investors benefit from our established relationships with the care service sector and Samantha’s role has allowed us to start to specialise and focus more in this area.
With years of personal and professional experience in the property industry under his belt, Samuel excels in working alongside property owners to logistically manage the sale of their property. Samuel utilises his expertise of managing his own family portfolio and transfers these skills to ensure that buyers, sellers and tenants alike are well looked after throughout the entire sales process.
In addition to this, Samuels knowledge within the land and development sector is also a great asset to The Property Advantage. This knowledge has been refined over recent years by project managing his own personal development and refurbishment projects.
You will likely meet Samuel on viewings so make it a challenge to identify his passions as they’re all artistically tattoo’d on his arms! This includes a love of Old Fashioned cocktails, an obsession with ducks and a fascination with pirates!
Senior Sales Progressor
Vickie is a highly experienced Sales Progressor and this experience is without a shadow of a doubt pivotal in achieving a high completion rate of our stock. Once a property has had a sale agreed, Vickie will take over the process and work along side both legal teams, the Buyer and the Seller to see the deal through to completion. Vickie is calm and collected and her level head is an asset within our team.
Junior Sales Broker
Max is a young and energetic member of our sales team, working alongside our Investors and Buyers. Max has worked in a sales environment since he was 18 and is well suited to negotiating deals between Buyer and Sellers. Now fulfilling his long-term career goal of working within the property industry, max is learning every day and we are excited to see him blossom into a Senior Sales Broker in the coming years.
Playing a vital role in our growing business, Vanessa (more commonly known as Ness) is responsible for our book keeping and invoices. She has years of experience in accounts and business and has previously played a pivotal role growing a family business from the ground up. When not in the office Ness will likely be found in the grounds of her farm house, walking the dogs, feeding the chickens or riding her horse.
